Availability
-All appointments are released on the 1st of each month at 6рm
- Desired slots or emergency slots that are not available on website please contact via Instagram DM and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation & rescheduling
-You can only reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48hrs before your appointment
-If you don't show up to your appointment or reschedule with 48hrs of your booking you will not be refunded your deposit
-If you cancel appointment more than 3 times you will banned from booking again
Late Arrivals
-There is a grace period of 15 mins, afterwards your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled
-Late fee are not charged but appointment will be cancelled
Out of hours/ Mobile
appointments
-Appointments scheduled before and after opening and closing times comes with a FEE
-Mobile/ Home appointment are available on request the extra fee is calculated on travel time and cost
Payments
-To secure your appointment a £25 non-refundable deposit is required
-The remaining balance of your appointment cost must be paid in cash, bank transfer or card payment at the time of the appointment
Consultation
-A consultation is required to access your hair type desired length colour and style
-You can arrange a phone consultation before booking or in person consultation
-Consultations include colour and hair match advise and also advice on choosing hair type and answers to any queries you have
Maintenance
-Extensions require periodic maintenance to keep them looking their best so we'll discuss recommended maintenance schedule during your visit
-If you're bringing re-used tape make sure they are de-taped and washed
Before Booking
-Hair must be at least 6 inches long
-If the add-on of wash and blow dry is not added please come with hair wash with no products and oils and blow dried
